I believe that Rose will do well enough even without seriously campaigning to prove the Democrats made a big mistake in nominating John Stefans over her. I do
have an opinion about the rest of the races, but I will not publicly post them here since I live here. If I had a personal stake in any of the races, I might
be tempted to do so.

Icurrently live in Polish Town, the home of my ancestors, so I am within walking distance myself. Besides, I am pretty good with most of the Riverhead cops.
While I was still on the job, the troopers and Riverhead police always got along. However, my personal situation is different than others so it's hard to
say where I stand. We always had a very adverse and horrible working relationship with the Southampton cops. I did write a letter to the News Review for Rose
Sanders, I hope they print. I had to chop a lot off it. I have a tendency ramble on.
If the Independent and the Southampton Press print my letters for Alex Gregor and Linda Kabot respectively, the Southampton PBA will be hunting me down the way they are Linda. I feel safer in downtown Riverhead. Tell me where to be and when. I just can't cross the bridge to the south of the river on Peconic Avenue. It's too hazardous for me now. It will probably be pretty hot for a long time to come. If Supershaft wants to join us, it's okay with me. We can all promise to leave our knives and guns at the door. |
