Hello Mayor Curran & All... Mayor, there will be a debate on the Lynbrook Village Parking Fund Law on Thursday, November 12th at 7:30pm at the Atria at 100 Peninsula Blvd, Lynbrook, NY. I will debate against the law and I invite you, Mr. Mayor, to join those arguing in favor of the law. Of course, if you choose not to accept a spot at the table, you are welcome to come as an observer. Simply, you said you were going to do something (rent a hall)- you didn't in a reasonable time period (two weeks)- which left us to assume you were not doing it. Just because you decided TODAY to keep your word doesn't make my statement of yesterday either false or misleading. They are the ones who are setting up before anyone arrives and they are the last to leave making sure Atlantic Avenue is all cleaned up and ready for business as usual. It amazes me that the DPW is always the last to be thanked when they are a very big part in alot that goes on in Lynbrook.
