Heard last night that Kabot is running a primary even though she told a reporter and others that she was not. (No surprise. In 2007, she told an entire room of Republicans that she was not running a primary as she was organizing one behind the scenes. Is she ever forthright? A sign of her character.) Word to the town employees. Keep your preferences to yourself. In 2007, she went after town employees who openly supported her opponents, most notably by trashing them in an anonymous video placed on YouTube. Another sign of her character. Looks like two elections here this year.

She had told the Republicans that she would be running a primary on her own, rumor is that she is putting together a slate.
Who is on that slate will be predicitve of her leadership.
'nuff said.

Someone concerned about all the sudden development on County Rd 39 showed me all the donations to her campaign from the property owners and their attorneys for the change of zones on Sandy Hollow and the two massive developments on 39.

It is public. It is on her contributions list at the BOE. The Sandy Hollow change of zone (Sekin? Sirkin? Manhattan address) and his lawyer gave her over $1,000. Lawyers and interested parties in the other big developments also contributed. And she campaigned on change. HA!

The past Supervisor accepted political donations from developers as well this info is available right on line from the BOE all of it is legal

She campaigned against it (But then she also campaigned against appointing Republican committee people and then immediately gave jobs to three) and there has been more development in the past year year than in the past eight years combined. Since she has been in office there have been non-stop approvals for large-scale developments, plus she ended a building moratorium--unprecedented. Woodfield Gables, HB senior housing change of zone, Sandy Hollow change of zone, Suskind's large-scale business park in Bridgehampton, Fairfield is on track, Canoe Place timeshares moving along, Mayor Epley's father's 70 plus housing units, Polsinneli industrial park. These were projects that were put on hold until she took office. I could keep going on and on with other examples. Mr. Right (LK) what developments are these Farrells you listed actually connected to?
